THIS IS WHY YOU ARE AN ATHLETE

Every day, you move in every direction.

You reach overhead. Squat down. Pull doors open. Push them open. Move quickly from side to side. Push kids on a swing. Hold back a bolting dog. Carry all the groceries in one trip. Lift suitcases at the airport.

These moments require strength, balance, control, and the ability to react.

Real movement. Real world.

You’ve been an athlete all along. Just in disguise.

TRAIN FOR THE WAY YOU ACTUALLY MOVE

Most workouts focus on moving forward and backward. Real life asks more from your body.

You move sideways. You turn. You reach across yourself. You shift your weight. You brace against forces coming from different directions.

The Praxis Trial introduces you to training in all three

Forward and backward

Forward and backward

Forward and backward

Build strength through the movements most workouts already use.

Side to side

Forward and backward

Forward and backward

Develop the strength and control needed to shift, step, and respond laterally.

Through rotation

Forward and backward

Through rotation

Learn to turn, reach, brace, and transfer strength across your body.

This is multiplanar training: training that reflects how your body moves in the real world.

SIX SESSIONS. THREE DIRECTIONS.

  • Two sessions focused on forward and backward movement
  • Two sessions focused on side-to-side movement
  • Two sessions focused on rotation

Each session builds from where you are. Movements are adjusted to your current strength, control, and experience.

START WITH WHERE YOU ARE

We begin with your goals and a brief starting-point assessment. During the Trial, you’ll experience how Praxis approaches movement, coaching, and progression.

At the end of the Trial, we’ll talk through what you noticed and whether you want to continue training this way.
