Every assessment starts the same way. Before we decide what to do, we need to understand where you're starting.
Your assessment combines movement analysis with objective measurements. Each tool measures something different. Together, they help us understand how your body is working today.
Together, they help us understand how your body moves today. This isn't about passing or failing.
It's about establishing your baseline so we can decide what to do next.
Measure How You Move | Moti Physio
You'll complete a series of functional movements while the Moti records objective measurements. Those measurements help us understand how your body is moving today and establish a baseline we can compare over time.
Balance and Force | K-Plates
The K-Plates measure how you use the ground. By measuring how force is distributed through your feet during standing and movement, we can evaluate balance, symmetry, and how you generate force during functional movements.
Grip Strength | K-Grip
The K-Grip measures grip strength. Grip strength is one objective measurement within your assessment. We consider it together with your movement, balance, body composition, goals, and health history to better understand your starting point.
Body Composition | InBody HD30
The InBody measures body composition, including skeletal muscle mass and body fat. These measurements become another part of your baseline.
Looking at one measurement by itself only tells part of the picture.
Each tool measures a different part of your baseline:
Once your assessment is complete, we'll review the results together.
We'll explain what each assessment measured, discuss what stands out, and answer any questions you have. Your assessment belongs to you.
You can share them with another coach, your healthcare team, or keep them as part of your personal records.
