Albert is the founder of Praxis Performance.
His path to building Praxis began through lived experience. After reaching 540 pounds and facing significant health challenges, he came to understand a problem that many people encounter: care often ends before confidence, capability, and independence are restored.
Through assessment, structured training, and long-term consistency, Albert lost over 300 pounds and rebuilt his physical capacity over time. More importantly, he discovered that progress begins with understanding where you are today and applying that knowledge in a meaningful way.
Praxis Performance was built from that experience.
Today, Albert works with individuals seeking a structured path forward through assessment, observation, and performance-based coaching. His focus is helping people develop greater movement, strength, capacity, and readiness while building the confidence that comes from measurable progress over time.

Physical therapy often ends before people feel fully capable.
Care may be complete, but questions remain.
What comes next?
Many people are left to navigate the transition between rehabilitation and independent activity on their own.
Praxis Performance exists to help bridge that gap through assessment, structured progression, and long-term support.

Progress begins with understanding where you are today.
Through assessment and ongoing observation, we look for:
The goal is not simply to exercise more.
The goal is to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
