We believe that physical performance outcomes and professional tracking should never be compromised by financial conflicts of interest:

• Zero Financial Incentives: Praxis Performance maintains a strict, non-compensatory out-of-network architecture. We do not pay referral fees, commissions, or split fees with any healthcare provider or clinical specialist, nor do we accept financial incentives for directing clients to external professionals. 
• Human-in-the-Loop Mandate: In compliance with advanced data standards, all technology-assisted, automated documentation, and administrative analysis systems are strictly subject to manual review by a qualified practitioner. Technology tools are utilized solely to enhance operational recordkeeping and professional judgment; they never replace independent human oversight. 

We operate with total financial clarity, completely avoiding hidden administrative charges or complex sales tactics: 

• The 90-Day Initial Protocol: To ensure meaningful, documented neuromuscular adaptations and to collect statistically viable longitudinal performance data, our foundational services operate on an initial ninety (90) day term. 
• Qualified Adjustments & Preferred Rates: All participants are billed at the established Standard Rate unless an alternate tier is authorized in writing. Clients referred through an approved partner program or a licensed medical professional with supporting documentation—such as a valid Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN)—are eligible for a qualified adjustment to our Preferred Rate. 
• Pricing Modification Protection: Any adjustment to base service rates or ongoing billing cycles requires a formal thirty (30) day prior written notice delivered directly via email or your registered communication channel before taking effect, matching Section 4 of the master Client Services Agreement. 
• Insurance Disclosures: Transactions are processed through our secure administrative platform. We do not bill insurance entities directly. However, structured performance receipts can be issued to support client-led HSA/FSA reimbursement workflows where permitted by your plan. 

Praxis Performance maintains a transparent, consumer-friendly refund framework that strictly enforces all consumer protections under California Health Studio Services Contract Law (Civil Code Sections 1812.80 through 1812.98): 

• 5-Day Cooling-Off Window: You retain the unconditional right to cancel your agreement for a full refund within five (5) business days of execution, excluding Sundays and holidays. Notice must be delivered in writing, and all paid fees will be returned within ten (10) days of receipt. 
• Statutory Prorated Relief: Beyond the initial 5-day window, a client (or their estate) is immediately relieved of future payment obligations and entitled to a prorated refund of any prepaid, unutilized services upon verification of the following specific events: 
  • Death or Permanent Disability: A medically documented physical condition verified by a licensed physician that entirely precludes the client from physically utilizing the studio or services. 
  • Relocation: Relocation of the client's primary residence more than twenty-five (25) miles from our Pasadena facility, provided comparable services cannot be reasonably supplied by the Company. 
• Operational Notice Transmission: Cancellation and refund requests may be safely submitted through your secure client portal , via email at compliance@praxisperformance.studio , or via mail to 301 N Lake Ave, Suite 600 M/S 301-3165, Pasadena, CA 91101-4107. Approved refunds are issued directly to the original payment method within ten (10) business days of verified notice receipt. 

• Operational Status: Praxis Performance Studio LLC ("Praxis Performance") is a Non-Covered Entity (NCE). All consumer health, fitness, and biometric data is protected under the FTC Health Breach Notification Rule and the CCPA/CPRA, not the HIPAA Privacy Rule. 
• No Medical Services: We are a performance-based coaching and educational platform. We do not provide medical diagnoses, treatment, prescriptions, clinical medical supervision, or medical advice.
