Pursuant to California Civil Code Section 1812.85, you, the Client, may cancel the Client Services Agreement ("Agreement") at any time prior to midnight of the fifth (5th) business day after the date of the Agreement, excluding Sundays and holidays
If you cancel within this five-day window, all payments made under the Agreement will be refunded within ten (10) days of receipt of the cancellation notice.
Outside of the initial 5-day cancellation window, and except as otherwise required by California law or expressly stated in the Agreement, all fees paid for Services—including intake assessments, performance diagnostics, individualized programming, and recurring fees—are earned upon reservation, scheduling, and availability, and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
In accordance with California Civil Code Section 1812.89, if you are unable to receive all Services for which you have contracted due to death or disability, you (or your estate) shall be relieved from the obligation of making payment for services other than those received prior to the death or the onset of the disability.
Pursuant to California Civil Code Sections 1812.80 through 1812.98, a Client (or their estate) is entitled to cancellation and prorated relief under the following specific circumstances:
Praxis Performance Studio LLC will refund the portion of any prepaid fee allocable to unscheduled or unutilized Services within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the verified written notice of cancellation under this Section.
Following the expiration of the Initial Term, the Agreement automatically renews on a month-to-month basis. To prevent the automatic renewal and processing of recurring charges for the next thirty (30) day billing cycle, you must submit a written cancellation notice to compliance@praxisperformance.studio prior to your next scheduled billing date. Failure to provide notice before the billing date will result in the processing of the next scheduled recurring charge, which is non-refundable.
Any cancellation, suspension, rescheduling, credit, or prorated adjustment permitted outside of the statutory requirements listed herein is granted at the sole and absolute discretion of Company management. Any such temporary accommodation is voluntary, does not establish a contractual precedent, and does not create a continuing obligation.
