Refund Policy (July 10, 2026)

California law gives you the right to cancel your Client Services Agreement before midnight of the fifth (5th) business day after signing, excluding Sundays and holidays.

If you cancel during the 5 day cooling off period, all payments made under the Agreement will be refunded within ten (10) days after we receive your written cancellation notice.

After the 5 day cooling off period ends, fees paid for services are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise required by California law or stated in your Client Services Agreement.

This includes performance assessments, performance diagnostics, individualized programming, coaching services, and recurring membership fees. Once time has been reserved for you and services have been made available, those fees are considered earned. 

If you are unable to continue receiving services because of death or a disability, California law may relieve you or your estate from future payment obligations. 

A disability must prevent you from using our services and be verified in writing by a licensed physician. 

Praxis Performance will refund any prepaid fees for unused services within fifteen (15) days after receiving the required documentation.

California law allows you to cancel your Client Services Agreement and receive a prorated refund under certain circumstances.

• Death or Permanent Disability: If you are unable to continue receiving services because of death or a medically verified disability, you will only be responsible for services received before the date of death or the onset of the disability.
• Relocation: If you move your primary residence more than twenty-five (25) miles from Praxis Performance and comparable services cannot reasonably be provided, you may qualify to cancel your Agreement. Documentation of your new residence may be required.

Praxis Performance will refund any prepaid fees for unused services within fifteen (15) days after receiving verified written notice and any required documentation.

After your initial term ends, your membership automatically continues on a month to month basis unless you cancel in writing before your next scheduled billing date. 

To avoid your next recurring payment, your written cancellation request must be received before your scheduled billing date. Once a recurring payment has been processed, it is non-refundable except where required by California law or your Client Services Agreement.

From time to time, Praxis Performance may approve a cancellation, suspension, reschedule, credit, or prorated adjustment beyond what is required by California law. 

These decisions are made on a case by case basis and are provided at the sole discretion of Praxis Performance. 

Approval of one request does not create an ongoing obligation or establish a precedent for future requests. 

• Operational Status: Praxis Performance Studio LLC is a Non-Covered Entity (NCE). Client information is protected under applicable federal and California privacy laws, including the FTC Health Breach Notification Rule and the CCPA/CPRA.
• Medical Services: Our services are non medical. Praxis Performance does not diagnose disease, prescribe treatment, provide physical therapy, or replace licensed medical care.
