Your Space Can Be Your Training Space.

You don't need a full gym to train at home.

You need enough space to move, equipment that makes sense for what you're trying to accomplish and the ability to use it.

Praxis At Home helps you put those pieces together.

Start With the Space You Have

A spare room. A garage. Part of a bedroom. A corner of your living room.

We start with the space that's actually available.

How much room you have helps determine what equipment makes sense, how it can be arranged and what kinds of training can comfortably happen there.

The goal isn't to recreate a commercial gym in your house.

It's to make your space useful.

Equipment With a Purpose

More equipment doesn't automatically give you more options.

We look at what you're trying to accomplish, the space available and what you can realistically use.

That might include resistance bands, a suspension trainer, rings, kettlebells, dumbbells, a bench, a step or other equipment appropriate for your training.

If you already own equipment, we start there.

If something is missing, we can identify what would add useful training options before you spend money on it.

Learn How to Use What You Have

Having equipment and knowing how to train with it are different things.

We work through the movements together so you understand setup, execution and the adjustments available to you.

You learn how exercises can be progressed or modified and how the same piece of equipment can serve different purposes.

The equipment becomes useful because you know what to do with it.

Built Around Your Goal

Your home doesn't determine your program.

Your goal sets the direction.

We use the space and equipment available to build training around what you're trying to accomplish.

For one person, that may mean getting stronger.

For another, improving balance or physical capacity.

For someone else, the goal may simply be having a practical way to train consistently without going to a gym.

The program starts with what you're trying to accomplish and works within the environment you have.

Coaching That Leads to Independence

Praxis At Home isn't built around needing someone beside you every time you exercise.

At first, we spend more time learning movements, understanding your equipment and becoming comfortable with the program.

As you become more capable, you take on more of your own training. Coaching can change with you.

The goal is for your home training space to become somewhere you know how to train, not somewhere you keep equipment.

Your Program Changes as You Do

The equipment you start with doesn't have to be everything you'll ever need.

As your strength changes, exercises can progress.

As your skills improve, we can introduce different movements.

If your goals change, your training can change with them.

And if additional equipment eventually makes sense, there will be a reason for adding it.

Start At Home

You don't need to know what equipment to buy before starting.

You don't need a dedicated home gym.

And you don't need to fill a room with equipment.

Start with your space, what you already have and what you're trying to accomplish.

We'll build from there.
